Dr. Bastien Rodrigues is a Clinical Fellow in the Transitional Pain service at Toronto General Hospital. He completed his residency at the university of Rouen-Normandie in France in 2023 and a two year fellowship in thoracic and lung transplantation anesthesiology at the Foch Hospital – University of Paris XIII. He holds board certification in Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Management in France. He also holds two university diplomas : one in Ultrasonographic Techniques in Anesthesia and Critical Care from Université Paris Cité, and another in Oncologic Anesthesia from Université Paris-Saclay.
His clinical interests include perioperative pain management, regional anesthesia, and enhanced recovery after surgery.
He recently joined Dr. Hance Clarke’s team at Toronto General Hospital to further specialize in the management of chronic and postoperative pain. His current focus lies in advancing multimodal analgesia strategies and improving patient outcomes through innovative pain management approaches.
